Baileys Coffee
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 150 g white chocolate
- 300 ml cream
- 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the Baileys and cream and pour into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on an iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Chill for at least one hour.
Serving suggestion: Pour espresso and hot milk into a glass and then top with the Baileys cream.
Double the ingredients for a 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake well after attaching each charger.
Chocolate Latte
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 75 ml Monin Crème Brûlée syrup
- 100 ml milk
- 325 ml cream
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on an iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
Serving suggestion: Pour just under half an inch of Monin Chocolate Sauce into a glass. Fill with hot milk and carefully pour one espresso over it. Top with the crème brûlée cream.
Double the ingredients for a 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake well after attaching each charger.
Espresso with white chocolate cream
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 425 ml cream
- 75 ml Monin White Chocolate Sauce
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Top the espresso with white chocolate cream. Decorate your creation with orange zest or cinnamon.
Tip:
Seasonal variation with nutmeg or chocolate possible.

Chocolate Espresso
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 150 ml Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 350 ml cream
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on an iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
Serving suggestion: Use the chocolate cream as a topping for espresso.
Double the ingredients for a 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake well after attaching each charger.
Viennese iced coffee
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 425 ml cream
- 75 ml Monin Vanilla syrup
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a glass and half fill the glass with cold milk. Pour an espresso shot over the top and top with vanilla cream.
Tip:
Vanilla essence or vanilla pod seeds can be used as a replacement for vanilla syrup.

Amaretto Cream (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
- 400 ml cream
- 80 ml amaretto syrup
Preparation:
Pour cream and syrup into the iSi Gourmet Whip 0.5 L. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
Tip:
Top espressos with a portion of amaretto cream.
