Support for Coffee Professionals

Another advantage of the iSi whipper is that ingredients are used up to 40% more economically thanks to its high whipping volumes compared to hand-whipped cream. HACCP standards are also easier to meet thanks to iSi devices.
Creative Creations
Together with the Vienna School of Coffee and its co-founder, the only female Master of Coffee Johanna Wechselberger, application videos have been prepared that show how fast and easy it is to use the iSi whipper in coffeehouse chains and cafés (with additional information about cleaning and operating the whipper).
According to iSi expert and barista Marie-Theres Zeplichal, "We want to provide inspiration and ideas for menu additions beyond whipped cream. Many chefs and coffee professionals use our devices regularly but are still not familiar with everything these whippers can do. We want to encourage them to experiment and be creative! We are also working together with some of our partners in offering this support, such as the syrup manufacturer Monin and the Vienna School of Coffee, who have contributed to the recipe development and videos."
This support is topped off by an online collection of recipes, with new ideas that are constantly being developed by iSi for the coffee industry.
